the power of a word

I saw this on another blog. Instead of making a bunch of New Years resolutions why not just have one word to sum up your goals and wants for the upcoming year. A word can be more powerful then a list. I like this because it simplifies things, which by the way, was my 'WORD' last year : SIMPLIFY. I printed it out & framed it in a little frame. Cutting back on the excess. Less is more. I'm still working on it but I know I'm at a better place now then I was last year at this time. So I'm still considering what this year's 'WORD' will be for me. There are several in the running. What will it be for you?
