1.I love a bargain..seriously I head to the clearance racks in whatever store I'm in. I also love Garage Sales and Thrift Stores. I try to be selective as to what I buy at these. I'm not sure I spend less $ then most...I think I just collect more crap! Oh that's #2...
2.I hate crap, clutter, etc. I seem to have a lot of it though. I'm on a 'clean out my closet kick' and my Garage Sale is going to be epic!! - You should see the mountain of CRAP!!
3.I need creative outlets like an addict needs their drugs...It's who I am. Whether it's blogging, designing, planting, painting, scrap booking,(blurbing), sketching, writing, or teaching songs. Gotta get my 'fix'. When I don't have a creative outlet, I'm not happy.
4.I lost a lot of weight last year through diet & exercise.
5.I'm very hungry & very tired!
6.I have a pretty good attitude about snow until about March. If the snow is still here in March I start bitching!
7.I love my husband and kids, but I do miss those crazy girlfriend days when we would crank up the stereo, cruise, pig out, & laugh about the dumbest things...Oh wait I still do that!
8.I want more kids.
9.I'm not sure I'm going to ever get more kids.
10.I'm starting to accept the things I can't control. It's a process.
11.I love being the primary chorister. Coming up with creative visual aides, making a fool out of myself, & singing badly...I was made for this calling!
12. I need new couches in a bad way, but if I got new couches my kids wouldn't know where they should eat & play...no joke.
13.My favorite household chore is doing the dishes by hand...I love warm,(hot), sudsy water and I will stretch out this task so I look like I'm working for a long time, while I'm really just enjoying the warmth.
14. I am Cold...always. It's a curse. I literally sleep with a T-shirt, hooded sweatshirt-(hood on), heavy sweatpants, socks, slippers, sheets, down comforter, bedspread, and heating pad. Yes, Todd is one lucky guy!
15.My least favorite household chore is ironing...I have no use for it. I mean I like the way an ironed shirt looks but I have laundry tricks that I use to avoid having to iron....or maybe my family & I are just walking around looking sloppy and no one is telling us, hmmmm...insight.
16.I can get way excited about music...any kind really.
17.I like simplicity in all things. I don't like to clutter things up...but then I get excited about things and start adding stuff, and then it gets to be too much, and then way too much,... so I purge and start again. It's a cycle. Happens in every thing, Home deco, cooking, Blog design, pretty much everything I do....
18.I'm obsessed with fantasy football. I have 2 teams. I commissioned a league this year with my family and it was a hit with them all. We talked to each other more then we have in years. It might have been smack talk...but talk is talk. Right?
19.I love coming up with righteous excuses for wasting my time.
20.I have always felt like I missed out because I never had a sister. I love my sister-in-laws and friends, but I am really jealous of the close sister relationships I see.
21.Right now I'm eating a peanut butter/honey sandwich that I made for Tanner and he wouldn't eat. (it says 'random' things!).
22.My kids are not very good eaters.
23.I'm not a big fan of 'change'. I know change is good,(for the most part), and inevitable but it sucks.
24. My Husband has a genius IQ & it's annoying...I'm convinced I'm smarter then him so I tried to take the test, but he was looking over my shoulder and laughing at me so I didn't finish the test and ended up with a bogus score. Basically it said I have the same IQ as my dog Murphy. Todd thinks this is hilarious...I don't.
25.I was really tempted to 'cheat' on this, by looking at what other people had wrote so I would sound really witty and interesting....but I didn't . So if it's too boring, Sorry but...
I gotta be me Baby!!!
