K - I haven't posted about American Idol until now because I've been pretty Underwhelmed by this year's contestants. I was impressed with this week though...
...here's why:

Lennon/ McCartney songs are absolutely the best ever written!
I loved the music last night and tonight with the exception of Rihanna.(Gag me!)

*So I think Aaron, Katie, and Andrew need to go home...in that order.
They aren't up to snuff.

*I really don't like the whole judges save concept. Mike didn't 'deserve' to go home tonight, but he shouldn't win...and they shouldn't 'save' someone who shouldn't win. - just my opinion.

*Favorite boys - Tim, Lee, & Casey...in that order. I'm a sucker for the cutie pie, (Tim!) & I don't find Casey attractive at all...(am I the only one?) but his song last night was the BEST of the night! I'm liking Lee more and more and the bagpipe dude made me laugh last night.

*Favorite Girls - Crystal & Siobhan...in that order. I wasn't a big Crystal fan at 1st, but she's growing on me...I like how they call her 'Mama sox' and it seems like she's a big nurturer...like she cares about people and her quietness is just her way..she's got a great voice...but I wonder how contemporary she could be. Siobhan kinda just cracks me up and I find her interesting. I think she's cracking a bit though...like she's trying to please the judges too much.

So here's how it should shake out in order of elimination: Aaron, Katie, (both out next week), Andrew, Mike, Siobhan, Casey, Crystal, Lee, & Tim wins! Like I said I'm a sucker for the cutie pies with a guitar ie: Jason Castro, and Kris Allen...but if I'm honest, Timmy's not as talented as them or a lot of the other contestants...so I wouldn't be surprised if he got voted out earlier and the final 2 were Lee and Crystal, with Lee winning.
I'm still not over the moon about any of the singers....but if my opinions change, (I do reserve the right to change them at any time for any reason!), I'll keep ya posted 'cause I know you all are dieing to hear my opinion! ;)
